About Me

Jess
I'm Jess! I am a part-time private tutor and a full-time at-home mom of four little ones between the ages of one and eight. As a former overachiever, I have received many an A in my lifetime, starting before my birth with my blood type (A+), and continuing pretty consistently throughout elementary, middle, and high school, college, and grad school. Yep. That was before.

Then I had kids.

Nothing as humbling as having kids, my friends. And so. This title, this "A+ Parenting Today" title. Trust me when I say that while the content may be pretty much true, the title is Complete and Utter Fiction.

Please read on with the knowledge that I possess no special knowledge about this parenting gig. It's hard. It's funny. It's mundane. It's extraordinary. It's bodily fluids. A whole lot of bodily fluids.

I'm writing this because sometimes I have something to say about my ordinary, messy life as a Mom of 4. I plan to share some of the good, some of the bad, and (if I can muster up the courage) even some of the ugly.

Take heart: We're all messing up, and we're all doing just fine.
